LIFF is a non-profit organization dedicated to showcasing new emerging film
talent and independent films.

promotional purposes, is considered granted unless otherwise noted.
ENTRY FEE:

General rules:
1. Short films must be less than 50 minutes and features no more than 150
minutes. (
2. No film will be considered with an entry form and paid submission fee
3. All judging will be anonymous.
4. No promotional materials, illustrations, or shooting screenplays will be
considered.
6. All entries must be accompanied by: a) a completed and signed entry form, b)
an appropriate entry fee (as defined on the entry form), c) a signed release
form
7. You may enter more than one screenplay, but you must submit a separate entry
form, release form and entry fee with each submission.
8. DVDs will not be returned; please retain an original copy.
12. Finalists and winners will be determined by professionals in the film
Industry. All Finalists will receive Certificates at the Awards Ceremony on
April 19, 2008.
13. Finalists will be posted on our website by April 1, 2008. Winners will be
posted by April 30, 2008.
14. Participation in the LIFF implies understanding and acceptance of all terms
included in this application.

RELEASE FORM
Please read the following terms and conditions in connection with your
film entry to the LIFF.
If acceptable, please complete the entry form and sign below.
1. As the author/director/producer of the film, I/we have submitted to the
LIFF, I/we warrant as sole and exclusive owner(s) of all legal and title thereto
have absolute authority to submit the enclosed material to the LIFF.
2. I/we will indemnify and hold harmless LIFF, its judges, sponsors and
partners, individually and collectively, from and against all claims, demands,
losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses including legal expenses
arising out of or in connection with any and all claims, or third party claims
based on material submitted to LIFF.
3. LIFF winners will permit LIFF to use their name and/or likeness & publicity
stills in pre & post-competition publicity. By signing this form I/we understand
and agree to all the terms and conditions of screenplay entry.
4. I/we have read, understand and agree to, and will abide by, all of the rules
& regulations posted for the LIFF.
